Lead Technical Specialist
Timonium, MD
12+ month contract (typically extended to multiple years)
 
Explanation for Position: 
Development role on a mission-critical, database application deployed on our website 
and PC-based Shipping systems. Responsibilities to include Object-Oriented Coding, 
Unit Test, Integration, System Test, Product Test support (debug, defect 
correction,etc.), Deployment support, and Maintenance 

Details of Position: 
In-depth knowledge and experience with data-intensive applications, working 
knowledge of C++ (6+ years), SQL(4+ years), and Java(2+). Must be experienced 
on Windows development environment and SQL programming. Must have strong 
analysis, problem solving, and English communication skills. C# knowledge is a plus. 
Linux experience a plus. 

Management Skills: 
Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Must be 
flexible, team oriented, self-starting, goal-focused, and capable of working with 
moderate supervision in a process-driven environment. Must be able to follow a 
formal project plan.

.NET Windows Forms Programming - Intermediate
