Required Skills:

--Must have experience with both of the following:  Deep application develo=
pment utilizing Microsoft Foundation Classes (MFC) and C++ in a Windows cli=
ent environment.
--Must be very senior level/architecture and design experience required

--Development with Oracle as a backend is required.

ramework for MFC based software

=B7        Strong problem solving/investigative skills to explore creative =
solutions to technical problems

=B7        Work with test/development team to establish a test automation f=
ramework (using manual and automated tools)=20

=B7        Provides mentoring to other developers/testers and peers=20

=B7        Ability to pick-up application domain quickly

=B7        Ability to mentor other developers and provide training/presenta=
tions

=B7        Strong verbal and written communication skills

=B7        Self motivated/Requires minimal oversight (especially if working=
 some remote)

--Experience with development in an Agile environment.
