=95 Familiarity/programming experience with MS access databases

=95 Familiarity/experience with test lab environment and test cell instrume=

=95 BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field=20

=95 Minimum 5 years Java, web development,VB programming and systems analys=

=95 MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field Res=

=95 Provide technical guidance on knowledgeable areas of project, including=
 specification of interfaces, file content and format, and general logic co=
nsiderations. Teach customer appropriate skills to maintain and continue ap=
