Disclaimer: have very little experience in ceremony business.

If a customer is interested in a solution to his problem, just speek his
language. Is _that_ a problem?

Well, I _definitely_ have to find time to translate my educational course
into english. It's second title (besides catchy marketing slogan ;) is
'The Effective Software Development'. And the first step of the course
(after the goal discussion) is to nail down the meaning of an 'effective'
software development. Guess what it is. :)

I know the only useful meaning of this word.

So, what's your problem? Why not discuss it here, in detail? I'm
interested in this to gain better understanting of Big Business Rituals --
that's completely unknown tribe to me.
