It's kind of scary that people with so much responsibility are so 
little able to manage their time efficiently.

Somehow this feels a lot more on-topic than our "ethics" thread.

You say that people "below" manage to make time when asked for time 
by people "above", so one would have to assume that the 
people "below" know something more about time management. *You* 
should be the one to pass on advice to your bosses, from the looks of 
things.

Or is my reasoning somehow flawed ? ;)
