If Laurent is willing to walk (or be shown the door) over 
his "convictions" regarding a software development methodology, well 
he certaintly has more convicton then I, that's all.

He used morals, I used ethics -call it what you want, it's ideals 
over pragmatism to me. If his ideals are that strong so as to 
jepodize income, more power to him, I'm not sure I'd have the same 
view. Hell I don't I work for a government contractor. ;>)
