I thing you've missed the world 'only':  
        Decisions made *only* on the basis of passion...
        People who make decisions on that *only* basis...

Until you've got a real person that refuses to participate this list on

Then why not speaking in Fortran or C or Eiffel on this list?  I hardly
believe it is possible to talk any human language w/o passion.

BTW, WTF is 'business-side' discussion?  People either discuss the matter,
perform a ceremony or just party.  

Please, explain which one is 'business-side' discussion?
