When I do presentations and workshops about resistance, I always
include communication as a major focus.  I've also done sessions on
communication as a part of other workshops.  As far as I can remember,
I've never devoted a whole presentation or class to communication. 
Plenty of one-on-one coaching for colleagues, but never a class.
