Are you saying that part of the current definition of the Customer role is to do that estimation in dollars? I haven't come across that. I was only aware of prioritization, not valuation. If it is, then moving to an EVMS approach wouldn't be a big deal at all. Assuming valuation is not currently part of the process, what implications do you think introducing it would have?
