I wasn't making judgements.  I was recounting experiences, some my own, some
told to me by others, about the kinds of experiences that caused friction /
culture class between IT groups and business-side groups back in the '80's

You seem to be the only one having this problem with what I related to Dale
at his request.  It also seems that you are not listening to my explanations
as I try to correct what I presume is honest misunderstanding.
