This is called "Living in Quanrant II," Stephen Covey, Seven Habits 
of High Effective People. Other parts of Covey are a bit dated, but 
this lives on.

We have a short slide show used by all PM's on our site, that is 
reviewed almost every month. Works well for folsk other than 
executives, but CXO's who put it to use benfits as well.
