Then tell some stories about what you've seen at your clients'
organizations.  Or stories your clients have told that exemplify the
pain you're trying to relieve.  Or make up a story (a story can be
"true" even if it never happened).

What makes you think these problems are still happening?  Can you tell
a story or two about that?

Or... are you trying to solve problems that you haven't personally
experienced or witnessed in 15 years?
