The "reasoned" part is apparently easy to identify and
comply with. 
If you have noticed, the number of posts here that can
be labeled 
as unreasoned is very close to zero.

Business-like. . . I guess this will have to be your
definition. 
You may have given your definition, and I missed it.
If so, my fault. 
My feeling is that your definition is very different
from mine, 
and I will need some, I'm afraid, quite detailed
clarification 
of what "business-like" means to you in order to stay
within 
the rules here. Would you mind committing such
clarification, 
or if you have done so already, point me to the
relevant post?
