If you're looking that far back for stories, then we're way off track.
Let's see if we can recover.

Several days ago, you said:

I asked:
> What problems do you see organizations trying to solve by
> outsourcing? Can you give a few very specific examples?

The examples you gave were abstract (e.g., culture clash, terminology)
so I asked for stories. I wasn't asking for stories about stuff you
saw 15 years ago, but stories about what problems clients are trying
to solve *now* by outsourcing. The problems you're hoping they can
solve instead by XP.

I'll try again. Tell me stories about the problems you see
organizations having right now that might tempt them to outsource.
Stories about real people doing and saying real things, and
experiencing specific problems as a result. Stories about problems
you hope they can solve with XP instead of with outsourcing. The
stories that made outsourcing so important for you.

Dale
