Yes... but with the added factor that "complete" may mean something
different for other stories, depending on whether this story is
also done. This also needs to be explained to the customer.

I may not have read all of the original posts on this topic. If it
has been suggested that the customer doesn't need to be involved
in this decision, I'd disagree with that. However, in the situations
I'm thinking of, I've only had to mention that we could produce
regular installation CDs for the customer to say "Yes...Please"

It probably depends on what they fear most.
