I hadn't thought about that. Think of the entire classes of problems whose solutions I can defer because it only has to work on my machine or in the bullpen. Likely all the machines in the bullpen are the same, anyhow. If XP is about finding problems quickly, then we need to do what it takes to find problems quickly, if we can.
