On development projects we use a "physical" percent complete (since Project 2002 now supprts this) compted by the developers entering the remaining effort per task. UT's are used to "book" the value in the end. For physical construction - telecomm - ODC's and sunk labor are the traditional metohds. There are other more complex methods, which we use on site, but are "inappropriate" for the inductory level we are operatiing at now. Glen B. Alleman ------------------------ Yahoo!
