RE: Summing up and moving on (I hope)

Here's one we just finished over lunch. "Without programming" will be
operationally defined as talking about our work process and using the
phrase "Programming occurs here" (which does use the word of course, so
pre-excuse please).

We need to review and update our SOP for an upcoming mini-audit. How do
we include many of the current XP-practices in the SOP and simplify the
diagram from the big wall chart to a C-sized chart? Lot's of discussion
about the "processes" of XP, stories, UT's, engaging customers, EV
partitioning processes for creating fine grained measurements in the
server and updating the time and labor system in PeopleSoft to capture
task numbers as well as charge numbers against work orders.

You get the idea I hope, process managers talking about the business
aspects of XP-practices without delving into the activities of writing
code.
