Some of us feel that we need a discussion among those xp 
folks who care about getting it adopted enough to get into
the details of dealing with management. The XP list
is a bit broad for that and the XC list is trying to be
too high level and general. We feel like we need to get
our own xp act together first, bring in what Bill calls
the early adopter types and let the mainstream come along
when it sees the EAs being successful.

We're trying to get some initial discussions going at

prior to making it public. Ron and I are moderators.
