As a consultant to managers of managers, I don't use those terms. The use of those terms causes a switching problem for me. I have to switch out of the listening mode, into a translating mode, and and then back into the listening mode. Not impossible, but problematic. Later I'll have a bigger potential problem, the more I get used to the slang, if I don't remember to do the translation as I talk about XP. I'd much prefer not to get used to using it.
