stakeholders. The conversation between technical and business is
interesting but as I've stated before, unless the business folks are
"prepared" to listen, there is a low probability that what the technical
person has to say will be heard. By prepared to listen I mean they
acknowledge a "felt need" to make changes. 

We've struggled here a bit in getting the message out about "agile," but
working from several points of view (managers and directors, not
developers) it is starting to stick.
