Yes. There's a dilemma here, it seems to me. Of course I could be wrong.

It's quite true that "agile" sells better than "extreme" in some circles.
Therefore, in those circles, we should talk that way.

However, I believe that XP is more than "just" agile. A more patient man would
just take what little progress he could make, and that would be good. It might
be best to keep the impatient man out of the room. However -- I believe that
some of the most important benefits come when a project comes closer and closer
to "extreme". So /if/ the powers that be can have their eyes opened wider, they
can make much more and faster progress.

I guess we all have to choose our own balance in that. Or is there a better
idea?
