Hi Rick,

I've heard of both books, but didn't realize they addressed software too.  I
assume you've read them so I'll ask...  do either (or both) make the
argument that software development is a design / development activity rather
than a manufacturing activity?  If so, that's the one I'd like to read
first.  Thanks for the help.
