Depends on the domain I think. There is not ONE manager here in Boulder
County -- at Ball, other aerospace and civilian agencies, at Level 3, at
construction, transportation, energy, pharms ops firms, at manufacturing
firms that doesn't know EV terms.

EV on a single page has a CHM2Hill logo so I can mail it.
