RE: OT - poor word choice re: Managing Extreme Programming

I believe that it is impossible to discuss business issues without insulting somebody.  Any phrase we can come up with that will feel and sound good at first, will feel and sound dehumanized when used the umpteenth time.

I propose that in a forum like this one, respect is assumed until someone proves otherwise.
