Referring to Martin's now-famous quote, this observation may tell you quite plainly which "change your organization" you need to do: the first kind or the second kind.

As I saw that no-one at IBM Toronto was listening, I chose the second kind. As I saw that no-one at Toyota was listening, I chose the second kind. I give up on more jobs that way.
