Oh I understand. I think the reason I was able to recognize it was that I
went through it as well when I first became a manager.  Many of us started
as the "star-techie" who were made managers.  I would just hope that one
could overcome it by the time they reached VP level.

to.....

----> succeeding based on enabling others to make the most of their
abilities
