Hi, in thinking of the difference between "leaders"and "managers", how important do you think it is for the manager to have a decent understanding of the technologies in use? i've seen developers take advantage of managers with no real technical experience, and i've seen technical managers get in the way of the developers. what can be done to keep both tendencies at bay? pat ------------------------ Yahoo!
