Tell me more. I'm not sure what expectations I have, so I don't know 
that I /could/ be surprised or disappointed.

That's not quite true : I have expectations, which are set by a few 
real-life experiences in which the top management "team" was not a 
team at all, but a quite dysfunctional group. I'm discounting these 
experiences for the time being.

I'm also asking the question, I just now realize, as an indirect way 
of asking Glen how he defines "team".
