Zoom.us is free for 1:1 meetings, or for more people for 40-minute blocks
at a time. It works well most of the time.

ScreenHero is a bit flaky but is free (if you can get an invite), and is
nice for pairing because it allows both users' mice to be visible and
functional at the same time on the shared screen. It doesn't support webcam
sharing, though.
