Re: Strange agile articles

Hi Massimo,

I have run into Prince but not Prince2-Agile. I'm afraid I merely treat it
as a legacy management system to labor under. In general, my approach is to
make what I coach appear to management in the way that management feels
they need to see things - a sort of process adapter - until I can make them
see things differently. So Prince has always just been something to
interace with, not to practice.

To tell you the truth, many in-house implementations that are called Scrum
fall into the same category. :-(
