OK, that's closer to what I thought it was for. In any case, mobbing
is not a substitute for Everything Else. It seems to be useful for (a)
keeping everyone aligned in the small, (b) knowledge-sharing among
team members, (c) keeping WIP to a minimum. If you haven't heard
proponents talking about mid-term and long-term planning in the
context of mobbing, it's probably because those things are out of
scope for the narrow topic of mobbing, and not because they don't
understand the value of those things. That's my guess, anyway.
