I was just trying to reinforce the value of TDD in this particular context=
. This may not be a worthy exercise in this group because everyone is alrea=
dy sold on it. Still, in my practice, I find it effective to couch develope=
rs on the test->fix->test loop.
Same time, I don't think we should treat XP practices as a religion. In ca=
se of TDD, if someone gets in the flow and cranks out 500 lines of great co=
de in a day and then spends the next day writing tests, that's fine with me=
because flow is more important than following a particular practices to th=
e letter.
