Re: [extremeprogramming] What has changed for you over the past 20 years?

It's good to hear Ron say this. When I first dove deep into Testing
more (not always TDD, but certainly testing a lot more, and writing
the tests before I committed any code), I ended up debugging less, and
started getting Judgmental (or at least curious) looks from some
colleagues when they realized that I didn't have all the keyboard
shortcuts for the debugger memorized.

(on the other hand, the more tools and languages one knows, it's not
reasonable to know all of the deep secrets of each tool)
