[extremeprogramming] Practicing XP gathering

Who would be interested in physically getting together for a substantial period of time (8 hours or a few days) to just plain practice the way we do XP (and related things) today? At the end, we could make a list of things we saw that aren't common knowledge, and briefly explain them. The code could be one or more (probably Open Source) projects that we bring. Each project could be in a different language; part of what we need to know is how to deal with languages and systems we don't understand yet. This is just a vague idea at the moment, but for what it's worth, I can provide space for a couple dozen people to code (in a sunny, climate-controlled room) near Washington, DC. —George "I used to think that the brain was the most important organ in body.
