Consumer online backup?

I've been rolling with Mozy.com for a while now, but lately I've been 
having problems with it -- I don't think I've had a successful backup 
for a few weeks now, and contacting support earlier this week hasn't 
yielded anything.

Anyone have any other service like Mozy that they could recommend?
