Presuming the study is flawed is a guess. We can guess whatever we want, including that stones fly occasionally when no one is looking at them. My point is that we should turn this topic away from "Indians are lazy" to "outsourcing is risky". "Indians are lazy" is a very poor excuse for a failed project. Best regards, Luiz
