Hi All, I logged my first ticket with the "new" radwarealteon TAC team and so far its been much better than my Nortel experience. I did find the Nortel support was terrible unless you got through to the right engineer. The promised hardware platforms look good form radware so lets keep our fingers crossed. Cheers Simon.
