Hi Lads, is there any appliance (preferably hardware) with native MySQL loadbalancing on the market? For example a pair of boxes with failover based on MySQL proxy? It should speak MySQL to split 'read' and 'write' statements. I need a drop-in solution rather than set up own stuff from scratch.
