CSS11503 configuring ACL's via SNMP

If anyone out there has experience with configuring ACL's via SNMP on the CSS11500 series, please let me know!

I'm not even sure if it's possible, although the MIB's say that the various values that I'm looking at are read-write, but I'm getting errors when trying to set, using a read-write community string, on WebNS 8.20.2.01. In particular looking at MIBs for apCct and apAcl.

For example:

bash$ snmpwalk -m:ALL -c XXXX -v 2c 10.200.x.x apCctAclIndex
ARROWPOINT-CCTEXT-MIB::apCctAclIndex.1021 = INTEGER: 20
ARROWPOINT-CCTEXT-MIB::apCctAclIndex.1022 = INTEGER: 20
ARROWPOINT-CCTEXT-MIB::apCctAclIndex.1023 = INTEGER: 10
ARROWPOINT-CCTEXT-MIB::apCctAclIndex.1024 = INTEGER: 0

bash$ snmpset -m:ALL -c XXXX -v 2c 10.200.x.x apCctAclIndex.1023 i 0
Error in packet.
Reason: inconsistentValue (The set value is illegal or unsupported in some way)
Failed object: ARROWPOINT-CCTEXT-MIB::apCctAclIndex.1023

I've searched Google for any other users doing the same thing, and I can't find anything relevant.
