Cisco rolled cable to be rolled back via a converter plug!

Just got myself a Cisco Octopus cable - the one with an end that fits into the back of a slot in a
Cisco router 2811 or 1841 or similar.  The other end has 8 arms - each with an RJ45 male.
This cable is a rolled cable.  It works fine with the usual Cisco gear - I just tested it.

Well - I have one of these new wonders in my hand -> an IBM Blade Center with Cisco Switches installed
as modules - called Cisco 3110G switches.

This fellow (the Cisco 3110G switch), has a USB console port.  And a cable for it.
This cable is USB-DB9-Female.  The USB goes into the 310G switch, and the DB9-Female - usually -
would go into your PC for console access using SecureCRT, Putty, or whatever for serial/console access.
This also works just fine. Just tested it.

NOW - I want the Octopus cable to be converted so that I can access the Cisco 3110G Cisco switch console
via the DB9-Female.  Note - the Octopus terminates in an RJ45 Male AND is a rolled cable, and the 3110G terminates
in a DB9-Female (non-rolled - yes Cisco now have non-rolled console access :).   Naturally, I need a 
felxible Female-RJ45 <-> DB9-Male converter.  Super.  I got one from Ebay, and it came with a link to Tony's site for information!  Wow!

Well.  The information on Tony's Web site does not cover rolling back an octopus cable and the colorcodes indicated, and does not include
information on TX-/TX+/RX-/RX+ and other pinouts, just some color code that I cannot use to make the converter.  The colors do not match
the colors seen on Cisco websites, and other places.

Goal:  How do I code my new DB9-RJ45 converter so the colors from the converter goes to the correct pins
of the 3110G USB-DB9-Female Cable?  I tried some 'obvious' scenarios, but I cannot make it work.
