Hi Bill, Check the date on the BIG-IP. Sometimes if you have the date set wrong, the cookie expires in the past, so your browsers never send the cookies. Also, load up HTTPfox (or other browser plug-in) and see if you can see the cookies generated by the F5. You can also check the date the cookies are set to expire (if they're not session cookies).
