That sounds good to me. A good list, too. I've used that #5 approach myself 
on occasion, whn it was warranted by the situation: desoite our delivering 
exactly what he wanted, he continued to complain bout the slow pace (which he was 
setting). That's when I popped he big one, and asanticipated, he backed down. 
From then on, the projct was a dream.
