	Right on both counts for different reaasons:

IDE's -- I don't need a straight jacket on how to do things what I want to do is
	 customize the build enviromant to my needs not my code to it's needs.
	 That is why I suggested cook/aegis as the core dev tools for Pragmatic not
	 some sissy IDE (which will only force us to do stuff it way not our way)

Syntex Highlighting --

	1) I am totally color blind (b/w only) so all those fancy colors just confuse me

	2) Unless you use the same machine do all your work learning a "common" editor not
	   something that you have to drag with you.... VI for ever!
