	That is why [tag] (arg1 [func [arg2]]) makes most sense if we are
going this direction... note Eric you never explained why this forces C
(BTW []'s does not mean yms here it means optional components)

	That is my number one issue with s-expressions/mstates thats
why this should only be used to make the macro system and once that
is in place *NOTHIN* should use them unless you a lisp freak.

	Counting any nested special char is hard no matter how you slice
it.
