I applaud your efforts to gather pointers to benchmarks.  I'm hoping that some day, the benchmarks themselves will be gathered in a common place.

Somewhat related...
The Qualitas Corpus (http://www.cs.auckland.ac.nz/~ewan/corpus/) collects a bunch of open source software in one place to provide a consistent base for software engineering research.  However, the software is not organized by intended purpose, e.g. for smell detection.
