Suites for testing automated refactoring tools

Inspired by Daniel Speicher's post about gathering together test code useful for bad smell detection, I decided to look for test suites useful for testing automated refactoring tools.  I didn't really find much beyond "Automated testing of refactoring engines" by Daniel, et al.

Because I am interested in creating tools to help automate Extract Class refactorings, I decided to start a test suite.  I have a draft technical report describing it at http://homepages.ecs.vuw.ac.nz/~kcassell/testClassesTR.pdf.  I'd appreciate any input about it or pointers to similar work.
