I've only used Visual Assist to any great effect, I've tried a few others, but they were hopelessly slow and/or non-functional. The available refactorings seem pretty few in numbers, one thing I really liked about Visual Assist was its C++-specific refactorings (move implementation to source file, create method declaration from existing definition, etc.), hopefully they catch up at some point.
