I hadn't heard of it until you posted.  However, I can't seem to find
a list of exactly what refactorings the tool attempts to provide.  The
page you posted listes Extract Method, Introduce Explaining Variable,
Inline Method and "more", but I can't seem to find what "more" means.

Their web site seems entirely geared around the "Insight" product.
