Then have them discuss in smaller groups (e.g. 5 people each).  Give them some way to convert their gripes into action.  As an example, I’m including an “organizational change request form” my participants have found useful.  Participants can dot vote these, and/or organize them into categories: Things we (people in the room) can directly change ourselves, things that require outside help to change, things that probably won’t change.  Form public agreements to act on the most important ones.
